This is one of my favourite horror-related anime because mainly it was bloody. The downside to this anime is that each episode is like 1 hour long. I recently found this anime when I found the updated list and the last episode was posted recently so I decided to watch this. This anime is about Alucard, one of the main characters who slays other vampires with a pistol perfectly constructed by a butler who later betrays Alexander. This all began when Alexander was escaping from trouble and ended up awakening Alucard, the protector of the building and began to take orders from Alexander. As the hunt for vampires begin, Alucard encounters a police woman called Seras Victoria, and she was held hostage during one of the hunts by another vampire. Without hesitation, Alucard shot right through her, killing the vampire and took Victoria along with him and turned her into a vampire. That is when Victoria joined Alexander's crew for hunting other vampires and was perfected into a weapon. Later in the story, the church wanted more power and decided to invade the city with their device that controlled the "zombies" but Alucard went on a rampage killing thousands but absorbing the blood which lead to him getting poisoned. When Alexander was down to her last triumph card, Victoria, she protected Alexander costing her arm but when she drank blood, she awoken into a full vampire and had powers that Alucard previously had. Of course if this anime was only about killing, it would be boring! So they had various combinations of both present and past people like the Nazis and SS where they almost succeeded in taking over but was killed in the end.
Overall, I liked this anime because I enjoy the killing aspects and drama that comes with each death. I don't recommend this anime to anyone who are scared to be alone or horrors in general. But you should give it a try even if you are scared because that's how you conquer your fears like this anime!
